    Add your sending domain

    So every email you send is signed by you and lands in the inbox.

    1. Open Domains and press Add domain.
    2. Type the domain you send from.
    3. Volanea writes the DNS records (DKIM, the bounce MX and SPF, DMARC). Copy each one to your DNS host.
    4. Press Check DNS. Once DKIM, SPF and DMARC are in place, the domain is verified.

    Give your agent an inbox on your domain

    A real address your agent sends from, receives at, and replies in threads.

    1. Open Inboxes and press Create inbox.
    2. Choose your own domain. If your team's mail already goes to Google or Microsoft, Volanea sets up a subdomain like agents.yourcompany.com instead, so nothing about your team's mail changes.
    3. Add the subdomain, publish its DNS records and the MX record shown, then press Check again.
    4. Name the inbox and create it.
    5. When a customer writes in, the thread shows up in the inbox. Reply in place, and the reply goes out from the same address in the same thread.

    Let your AI agent set it up over MCP

    Connect Claude Code, Cursor or any MCP client. It builds, sends and checks for you.

    1. Open Integrations → MCP server and copy the command for your agent.
    2. Ask your agent for what you need, for example a password-reset email.
    3. It checks the project, creates the template, writes the sending code into your app, sends a test and reads the rendered result back.
    4. The template it made is in Templates, and its test send is in the Emails log.

    Write a template with the Assistant

    Describe the email and get a finished design you can still edit by hand.

    1. Open Templates and press New template.
    2. Name it, write the subject and preview text, and say who it's from.
    3. Open the editor and ask the Assistant for the email you want.
    4. It designs the whole email in the editor. Save, and the preview shows it with each recipient's details filled in.

    Send a campaign to the right people

    A segment, an email the Assistant writes, and a time it goes out.

    1. Open Campaigns and start an empty one.
    2. Write the subject and preview text, and send it from your verified domain.
    3. Pick who gets it: everyone subscribed, or a saved segment. The count shows how many contacts it will reach.
    4. Write the email with the Assistant.
    5. Schedule it, or publish it now.
