Questions

The fine print, in plain words.

What exactly is a credit?

One email is one credit. An email with an attachment is two. Test-mode sends never count. Credits reset on the first of every month.

What happens if I stay free and run out?

Sending stops — including transactional email — until the month resets or you subscribe. Nothing is silently dropped: refused sends come back with a clear reason, and you'll see a warning in the dashboard at 80%.

How am I billed?

Post-paid: at the end of each month you get one invoice for the flat fee plus any usage beyond your free 1,000 credits. Payment is handled by Razorpay and billed in INR (₹166 base + 8 paise per credit — the $ figures on this page are the same amounts, shown for readability). No card is needed to start.

Can I switch back to free?

Anytime, from Settings, with one click. There's no contract and no cancellation flow to wade through — the plan flag flips immediately.
